AutoComplaint is a Chrome extension that automates consumer complaint filing on consumerhelpline.gov.in. By using it, you agree to these terms.
1. What AutoComplaint Does
AutoComplaint extracts order details from your Amazon or Shopify order pages and auto-fills the consumer complaint form on consumerhelpline.gov.in on your behalf.
2. Service Fee
This fee covers the AI-powered extraction service. It is not a government fee. Filing on the portal is free.

3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate order information and complaint details
- Review all auto-filled fields before submitting on the government portal
- Do not use AutoComplaint for false, misleading, or fraudulent complaints
- Be the rightful owner of the order you are filing about
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
AutoComplaint automates form filling only. We make no warranty that:
- Your complaint will be accepted by consumerhelpline.gov.in
- It will result in a refund, replacement, or any action by the seller
- The government portal will be available at any given time
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoComplaint shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss from use of the extension
- Downtime of consumerhelpline.gov.in or any third-party service
- Errors caused by changes to Amazon/Shopify page layouts
6. Privacy
Your personal information is never sent to our servers. Anonymous complaint data (seller name, platform, type, amount) may be collected to identify patterns.

7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.
