How AutoComplaint Works
From install to submission in 5 simple steps. No forms to memorize, no fields to copy-paste. AutoComplaint handles the tedious parts so you can focus on getting your refund.
AutoComplaint files a formal National Consumer Helpline (NCH) grievance in under 60 seconds. Install the Chrome extension, sign in with Google, extract order details from your Amazon or Shopify order page, fill in your grievance type, then auto-fill and submit the official NCH form. Steps 1 to 3 are automated; steps 4 and 5 require quick manual review to ensure your complaint meets Consumer Protection Act (2019) standards.
Install the Chrome Extension
Add AutoComplaint to your browser from the Chrome Web Store. It takes less than 10 seconds and requires zero configuration. Once installed, you will see the AutoComplaint icon in your extensions toolbar.

Sign In with Google
Open the extension and sign in with your Google account. This is a one-time step that lets AutoComplaint securely associate your grievance data locally. No passwords are stored on any server.

Extract Order Details
Navigate to the order page on Amazon or any Shopify store. Click "Extract Order Details" and the extension will automatically pull your Order ID, product name, price, order date, seller name, and more.

Fill In Your Grievance Details
Switch to the Grievance Info tab where some fields are pre-filled automatically (grievance type, sector, category, amount paid). You will need to select the Nature of Grievance (e.g., "Delay in Delivery of Product") and your Expectation (e.g., "Refund"). Write a brief Grievance Description explaining what went wrong. These fields ensure your complaint is properly categorized for the fastest resolution.

Review, Complete, and Submit
Click "Open Consumer Portal" to navigate to the official National Consumer Helpline. Hit "Auto-Fill Complaint Form" and watch every field populate instantly. Before submitting, review the filled data, add any missing details like your phone number and address, and upload supporting documents (screenshots, invoices, or chat logs). Once everything looks good, hit submit.
